Lord Byron was born in 12 January, 1788 and died in 19 April,1824 commonly know simply as an English poet and a leading figure in chromaticism among Byron's best knows work are the brief poem
- " she walks in beauty "
- " when we two parted "
- " childe Harold's pilgrimage "
- " fare thee well "
He died from a fever while he was in Greece.
☺ Summary:-
The opening of the poem tell us the man's sorrowful condition. When the beloved thought two separate she realized the condition of separation
- "when we two parted,
In silence and tear,
Half broken hearted
To seven for year."
She becomes cold in passing and tongue silent. Her heart was broken. She becomes cold in passing and tongue silent but it is outwardly. Her heart was weeping they're parting forever. Her cheeks turn cold , Her kiss is missing warmth that's why it is cold.
- "They vows( promise) are all broken
And light is thy Fame
I hearty name spoken
and share in it's shame."
There is deep pain for the lover because he find her light. Fame he was devoted but she was not faithfull. People knew this reality but he didn't know it. People reported her as a low woman to the man they didn't knew that he feel shame in this matter. He regrets that he was associated to this woman.
The man feels the partition. His present condition was hinted when they had departed years back. It was a knew. It was the warming for the future. There was no way to escape but go through the pain.
For the man his love was true he can't cheat the woman. No doubt that she received him. He believes it was her nature to cheat. But as for him self he would not cheat with her.
" long long shall I rue thee
too deeply to tell"
He would always love her it is like a rue. It is a green plant so his love always green.
Rue also means deep pain so there will be both love and pain.

How to great each other after separation of they meet by chance?
